5-8 Shuffle to the left, left right left, rock back on your right foot, recover weight to your left
TOE STRUTS TO RIGHT, ROCK RECOVER, CROSS SHUFFLE
1-4 Touch right toe to right side, step onto right, touch left toe across right, and step onto left
5-8 Rock right foot to right side, recover weight onto left, cross shuffle right over left right left right
TOE STRUTS TO LEFT, ROCK RECOVER, CROSS SHUFFLE
1-4 Touch left toe to left side, step onto left, touch right toe across left, and step onto right
5-8 Rock left foot to left side, recover weight onto right, cross shuffle left over right left right left
ROCK RIGHT FOOT FORWARD, RECOVER, ½ TURN SHUFFLE, LEFT HEEL GRIND ¼ TURN, LEFT COASTER
1-4 Rock right foot forward, recover weight onto left foot, make a ½ turn shuffle over right shoulder right left right
5-8 Grind left heel forward making a ¼ left while grinding, and coaster in place left right left
